Job summary

Euronet seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive card issuing platform products and issuer processing solutions. You will bridge business and technology to deliver world‑class features and guide platform evolution with high visibility within a startup‑style unit.

You will own roadmaps, collaborate across delivery and development, and coordinate with marketing for go‑to‑market activities, while aligning with compliance requirements and enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with card issuing platforms and issuer processing (credit/debit).
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and feature delivery for issuer processing platforms.
• Strong understanding of card lifecycle management, authorization, and issuer processing technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, able to address executive audiences clearly.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with leadership to navigate matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Establish product direction and roadmaps for card issuing products and GTM plans.

• Translate requirements into detailed design specifications with Delivery and Development teams.

• Assist product marketing with decks, brochures, and content; respond to inquiries and RFI/RFPs.
• Produce Product User Guides, Service Catalogs, and roadmaps; ensure compliance changes are included.

Euronet facilitates the movement of payments around the world, serving as a critical link between financial institutions, retailers, service providers, and their end consumers. Following Euronet's acquisition of CoreCard, we are expanding our issuer processing and card issuing platform capabilities. This position is focused exclusively on card issuing platform products and requires direct issuer processing product management experience.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who can bridge business and technology to ensure existing platform offerings and new product features result in exceptional experience for our clients. This is a highly visible position within a flexible and start-up style business unit with a unique market position. High visibility with leadership and direct impact on platform evolution.

This role requires deep, hands-on experience building and managing card issuing platform products and issuer processing solutions for credit and/or debit cards.

Responsibilities:

• Establish product direction and tactical roadmaps for the products, including product line extensions, target markets supported and GTM plans to deliver world-class products and features which level-set the competitive landscape.
• Engage in market research, customer and competitive analysis, and market needs analysis for credit issuing products, and prioritize the roadmap based on fast-changing market conditions.
• Work closely with Product Delivery and Development to ensure requirements are interpreted correctly in detailed design specifications and in the construction of the product assigned.
• Develop and manage multiple product programs simultaneously utilizing local and global team members, drive collaboration across functional areas, and ensure results meet key performance and business objectives.
• Collaborate across the organization and externally to identify opportunities for integration, new products and revenue growth.
• Assistance/Coordination with product marketing management related to product objectives, development of presentations and sales decks, development and maintenance of product brochures and website/PR content. Respond to product inquiries, deliver product demonstrations, manage RFI/RFP responses, pricing analysis, and contract negotiation.
• Assist in the creation and publication of the Product User Guides, Service Catalogs, roadmaps, and other product related communication.
• Act as the product conduit for compliance requirements and ensure all mandates and compliance changes are being included in the roadmap and release plans.

Requirements

• BA/BS qualification in a technology or business field.
• 7+ years of product management experience with card issuing platforms and issuer processing (credit/debit)
• Demonstrated experience owning product strategy, roadmaps, and feature delivery for issuer processing platforms
• Strong understanding of card lifecycle management, authorization, and issuer processing technologies
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to concisely communicate key issues/results in a manner appropriate to the audience, including the executive level.
• Ability to work independently, with limited direction.
• Entrepreneurial attitude with leadership skills to leverage matrix organizations.
• Ability to build relationships with and influence other functional areas as well as external entities.
