Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr. Product Management Specialist - BTS (Finance) to drive product strategy for Buy-to-Sell in Building Automation's Fire business.

You will manage the BTS portfolio from concept through launch and post-launch, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure market adoption and profitable growth. Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product management within the building automation or related technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and customer-driven product development.
• Proficiency in tools and methodologies related to product management, including Agile frameworks, roadmap development, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver successful products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product management strategies that align with business goals and customer requirements.
• Lead supplier/OEM partnership management, commercial and pricing strategies, forecasting and supply chain requirements, quality and regulatory compliance and collaboration cross-functional leadership to drive profitable growth of the portfolio
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve product performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
