Job summary

Greenworks, Mooresville, NC, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our battery-platform strategy and drive global portfolio decisions across commercial and consumer lines. You will develop channel-specific assortment, pricing, product architecture and launch strategies in partnership with sales, marketing and finance.

You will collaborate with engineering and industrial design in the US and China, manage lifecycle, perform market analysis, and shape a differentiated product vision to win

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or marketing.
• 5–7 years of product management/development experience.
• Experience with battery OPE or power tool products is a plus.
• Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, portfolio management, customer insights and go-to-market planning.
• Own product lifecycle management including SKU rationalization and platform refreshes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to set pricing, MSRP and margins.
• Define and execute the product roadmap for Greenworks battery ecosystem.
• Analyze market and competitive landscapes to differentiate our offerings.
• Coordinate with engineering and industrial design in the US and China.
• Drive VOC and asset creation for a 360-degree customer journey.
• Support cross-functional teams to meet time-to-market objectives.
• Travel up to 25% (domestic and international) as needed.
