Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Application Security to own the AppSec program end-to-end and align with engineering, security, and platform teams. You will drive strategy, prioritize the roadmap, and deliver an enterprise-grade security capability for the Zeta platform.

You will lead threat modeling, code evaluation, and a unified risk, signal, and remediation platform, while embedding secure SDLC practices and AI-assisted tooling. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of product management experience with ownership of enterprise AppSec or related security-product domains in SaaS/B2B.
• Deep working knowledge of modern AppSec practices and tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA, container/IaC/secrets scanning).
• Proven ability to drive enterprise security programs with risk prioritization and governance.
• Strong technical background and credibility with security engineers and architects.
• Experience shipping developer-facing security products or workflows (CI/CD gates, IDE integrations, dashboards).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence across Engineering, InfoSec, DevOps/Infrastructure, Architecture, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the AppSec product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap across the SDLC.
• Build and ship core AppSec surfaces: AI-powered threat modeling and code evaluation.
• Prioritize risk surfaces and define requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Security, Platform, DevOps, and Engineering pods.
• Establish governance: severity, SLAs, secure coding standards, and vendor guardrails.
