Job summary

NextGen Healthcare in Atlanta seeks a Senior Product Manager, Clinical Content, to own the product strategy and roadmap for ambulatory EHR and practice management workflows including documentation, e-prescribing, scheduling, and revenue cycle support.

You will partner with engineering, design, data, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver end‑to‑end experiences, define KPIs, mentor other PMs, and drive growth through product‑led initiatives, while maintaining regulatory and interoperability focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in technology/software product management, with ambulatory EHR and practice management focus.
• Direct experience owning ambulatory EHR and practice management products across clinical/front-office workflows.
• Experience with ONC Health IT Certification, CMS programs (MIPS/MACRA/Promoting Interoperability), eCQMs, and value‑based care.
• Experience contributing to AI/ML‑powered product capabilities and collaboration with data science teams.
• Experience leading product‑led growth motions in a B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for Clinical Content areas from discovery through launch and post‑launch iteration.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver end‑to‑end user experiences with strong KPIs.
• Define and track product metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide other Product Managers and Associate Product Managers to build high‑quality products on aggressive timelines.
