Capital One’s Airport Lounge Digital Product team is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to deliver backend capabilities powering frontend lounge experiences. You will influence across partner teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with Tech, Strategy, Marketing, and Guest Experience groups.

You’ll learn and grow across human-centered, business-focused, and technology-driven areas, shaping roadmaps and owning features from epics to stories within an agile setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• 1 year of product management or related experience (product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering; 1+ year translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products; 1+ year working on core product platforms powering digital experiences; 1+ year working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.
