We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Merge for Workforce to own the product from customer conversation to shipped solution, understand CIO buying considerations,

Responsibilities

• Own the direction of Merge for Workforce. Decide what to build, what to cut, and why.
• Get close to buyers and employees. Learn what blocks a purchase and what would make the product indispensable.
• Work in the details with engineering and design. Write clear specs, test the product, and push decisions through.
• Join customer calls, study competitors, and keep the team moving as the market changes.
