Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to launch user-facing experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the multi-year product goal, strategy, and roadmap for core Google Image Search experiences across mobile and desktop surfaces.
• Reimagine the end-to-end visual search journey, evolving how users browse, inspect, and interact with visual content to support both everyday lookups and open-ended, exploratory journeys.
• Leverage Google's latest advancements in Generative Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models, and multimodal understanding to unlock more intuitive, expressive, and helpful visual search experiences.
• Partner closely with UX, Research, and Engineering teams to elevate visual craft, interaction design, and ranking quality across the product.
• Generate cross-functional and executive alignment across Search, Shopping, and Advertising leadership to deliver cohesive user journeys.
