EliseAI, a fast-growing AI-native startup in New York, seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead housing workflows. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, GTM, and customers to build AI-powered products that reduce operational burden and improve resident experiences.

Required: 4+ years in Product Management, strong product sense, analytical thinking, and ownership. This is an in-office role 4–5 days a week in NYC with a fast-paced, impact-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally building AI-native products.
• Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to inform product decisions.
• High ownership mentality and accountability.
• Experience working in heavily regulated environments is a plus.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for housing workflows and customer experiences.
• Partner with customers to understand pain points across the resident lifecycle.
• Build AI-native products that automate tasks while maintaining trust and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and GTM to ship features quickly.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive product experiences.
• Define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and drive execution from concept to launch.
• Analyze product performance and feedback to improve adoption and outcomes.
• Develop empathy for property teams and residents, balancing efficiency with UX.
• Help shape the long-term product vision for Housing at EliseAI.
