Meta Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to build products. We are looking for Product Managers who value moving quickly.

You will lead complex product areas, define strategy, prioritize work, align stakeholders, and mentor other PMs while using data and user research to inform decisions. This role demands strong communication and the ability to manage dependencies and deliver measurable impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in Product Management.
• Bachelor's degree (or relevant degree equivalent) in STEM fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams across a full product line.
• Experience managing a product through the full product lifecycle.
• Proven ability to drive performance improvements and team effectiveness.
• Strong data analysis skills for large-scale datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive a complex product area with cross-functional teams.
• Define success, prioritize problems, and set strategies.
• Identify consensus on prioritization and investment.
• Collaborate with teams to define vision, roadmap, and milestones.
