Qualifications

• 8+ years in industry with at least 3 years in Product Management.
• Bachelor's degree; STEM subject ideal but not essential.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams across a full product line.
• Experience managing a product through the full lifecycle.
• Proven ability to drive a step change in performance and team effectiveness.
• Extensive understanding of analyzing large, complex data sets and data-driven decisions.
• Experience integrating diverse requirements into a single coherent product strategy.
• Experience hiring and building a cross-functional team.
• Ability to communicate with extreme clarity to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive a complex product area.
• Define success, prioritize problems, and select strategies based on context and learnings.
• Build consensus on prioritization and investments.
• Work with a cross-functional team to set vision, roadmap, and milestones; resolve blockers.
• Identify opportunities and dependencies across adjacent product areas.
• Gather and analyze user research and market analysis to inform decisions.
• Influence strategy across partner functions to align goals.
• Communicate product strategy and progress clearly to stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach growth of other PMs and team members.
