A small, high-growth team shapes developer tooling and experiences for customers ranging from YC startups to big tech. This role focuses on product leadership and delivering impactful bets across engineering and growth.

You will own product decisions, collaborate closely with engineers and customers, and drive launches from concept to adoption in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Strong technical background, ideally a B.S. in Computer Science.
• Exceptional communication skills, product judgment, and intuition for developer experience.
• High ownership and the ability to turn ambiguity into momentum.

Responsibilities

• Turn customer pain and emerging AI capabilities into ambitious product bets that uplevel Greptile.
• Drive engineering, design, growth, marketing, and sales from initial concept through launch and adoption.
• Set clear goals, measure outcomes, and raise the bar with every launch.
