Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior product manager to own the Admin Agent experience, define its vision, and drive the product roadmap from discovery through GA. You will partner with security to establish identity, authentication, and governance across client- and customer-built agents, while leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI-enabled features.

Qualifications

• Senior-level PM with 5+ years shipping products in agile environments.
• Ability to distill ambiguous data into outcomes and map roadmaps/backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Technical proficiency with agents, identity systems, and APIs.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to ship high-quality products.
• Strong analytical and user research skills.
• Experience building AI or agentic products (LLM-powered features, copilots, or autonomous workflows).
• Background in identity, authentication, or access management (SSO, SCIM, OAuth/OIDC, RBAC) and security collaboration.
• Experience in enterprise-grade B2B SaaS and understanding SaaS business mechanics.
• Past experience supporting sales/marketing teams or products for those teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Admin Agent: define vision, roadmap, and backlog for an admin experience.
• Define agentic identity with Security for first-class platform authentication and governance.
• Lead build vs. buy decisions and drive cross-functional recommendations.
• Manage full product lifecycle from discovery to GA with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop deep domain expertise in AI/agentic products and security landscapes.
• Collaborate across exec, security, product marketing, and customer success.
• Gather feedback and analyze data to shape requirements and measure success.
• Stay ahead of the field by engaging with industry experts and R&D opportunities.
