Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in data-driven environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience across Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
• Experience with experimentation lifecycle and AI tooling.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Advance and refine ad experience and optimization through experimentation.
• Plan and prioritize viewer and supply optimization roadmap using learnings.
• Own end-to-end launch of experiments from hypothesis to results.
• Translate business questions into testable experiment designs with plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Engineering, Operations and Business.
• Synthesize results into narratives for leaders and executive readouts.
• Operationalize experimentation processes and tooling for velocity.
• Identify opportunities to improve lever efficiency, UX, and monetization via experimentation.
• Influence prioritization with data-backed recommendations.
