Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Patchstack is launching a security product for JavaScript apps with AI tools. We’re seeking a product manager to uncover customers, validate problems, and run rapid tests with designers and engineers. You’ll own which problems to invest in and how we learn from results.
You’ll work with two small engineering squads, a senior product designer, QA and infra, shaping initiatives from discovery through testing and defining outcomes for delivery.
Patchstack protects WordPress sites for hosts, agencies and developers, and we’re now launching a security product for people building JavaScript apps with AI tools like Claude Code. That product is early. We have good signals from hosts and hackathons, but we haven’t yet found who it serves best, what they value, or why they’ll keep paying for it.
You’ll be the product manager who finds that out. You’ll talk to customers, use the product in real AI-assisted workflows, test ideas quickly with our designer and engineers, and build the measurement that tells us what’s working. You’ll work alongside two small engineering squads, a senior product designer, QA and infrastructure. You own which customer problems we invest in and how we learn from the results.
You’re happiest early, before the answers exist. You’d rather run a small test this week than wait for perfect data. You’re comfortable in a terminal and have built things with AI-assisted tools, so you can use our product the way our customers do. You form your own view on technical claims rather than taking “it’s not feasible” or “the metric improved” at face value. You say what you think, including when it’s awkward, and you change your mind when the evidence says so. You work well in a flat team with little process, and you help people around you get better rather than taking work off them.
