Job summary

SiFive is seeking a product-focused marketer to clearly articulate our portfolio and value proposition across market segments. You will collaborate with IP architects and product owners to translate specifications into compelling collateral and sales tools, and to map IP to defined categories.

You will also support sales training and customer engagement with targeted value propositions, while guiding sales teams during engagements and providing technical support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management, technical marketing and/or technical sales experience in a semiconductor company, preferably an IP company.
• Knowledge of CPU architecture, system‑level understanding of microprocessors, FPGA and AI accelerators.
• Demonstrated experience translating technology into compelling value messages.
• Background in AI frameworks and models is a plus.

Job Description

SiFive is leading the charge in changing the hardware ecosystem as we know it, by introducing leading‑edge IP based on RISC‑V standards. Our portfolio ranges from embedded/IOT to high‑performance cores for data‑center and leading‑edge AI accelerators. Our customers rely on us to deliver cutting‑edge technology.

Role Summary

In this role you will be responsible for clear articulation of SiFive’s product portfolio and value proposition across the various market segments. You will work with IP architects and individual product owners to translate product specification and competitive positioning into marketing collaterals and tools for sales positioning and sales training. You will partner with internal business development teams to define product categories for mapping our portfolio IP, identify top customers within those categories, create collateral for targeted value propositions, and identify the top customers. You will guide the Sales teams during customer engagements. In summary, the organization will rely on you to make it easy for customers to engage with our IPs.

Requirements

• B.S. in a related engineering field
• Experience launching at least one product in the semiconductor industry
• Experience building sales and technical collaterals and tools
• Experience working with customers and strong executive presence

Pay & Benefits

Consistent with SiFive values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. We have a market‑based pay structure that varies by location. The base pay range is a guideline; the actual compensation will depend on job‑related knowledge, skills and experience. The starting salary will vary based on qualifications and geographic location. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual employee.

• Base Pay Range: $158,760.00 – $194,040.00
• Eligible for variable / incentive compensation and/or equity
