Job summary

Raydar is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead AI-driven product development for a social commerce platform. You will own end-to-end features from discovery to launch, working with engineering, design, and customer teams to implement generative prompting workflows and improve AI models.

You will define success metrics, shape product strategy for AI-enabled social engagement, and own large anchor projects from day one in a hybrid in-office setup in Palo Alto.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years as a product manager focusing on AI-forward products
• At least 3 continuous years with the PM title
• Customer-facing PM experience at a top-tier technology company
• 0-to-1 startup experience, not only big tech
• Strong hands-on AI product experience and prototyping ability
• Clear career progression and a degree from a top university
• Consumer product experience in social, shopping or influencer ecosystems

Our client is building the AI-native social operating system that powers conversations between some of the world's largest consumer brands and their communities across Meta, TikTok and Reddit. Its AI agents and social listening platform are displacing legacy incumbents. It is a post-product-market-fit Series A company backed by top-tier venture firms and founded by former big-tech product and engineering leaders, shipping multiple times a day.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. You will lead AI product development, from generative prompting systems to data-driven decision engines, reporting directly to the CEO with high autonomy over an entire product pillar.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end product development for AI capabilities in a social commerce platform, from discovery to launch
• Work closely with engineering, design and customer-facing teams to build generative prompting workflows and improve AI models
• Define and track success metrics for AI features, such as accuracy, conversion and automation impact
• Shape product strategy by finding high-impact opportunities in AI-powered social engagement, personalization and prompting
• Ship quickly, iterate rapidly and own large anchor projects from day one

What we're looking for

• 5 to 8 years as a product manager (with the PM title) on AI-forward products, currently in a PM role
• At least 3 continuous years with a PM title (not TPM, program, growth, marketing or founder roles)
• Customer-facing PM experience at a top-tier technology company
• 0-to-1 experience at an early or growth-stage startup, not only big tech
• Strong hands-on AI product experience, plus comfort with vibe coding or prototyping
• Clear career progression and a degree from a top university
• Consumer product experience, especially in social, shopping or influencer ecosystems

Compensation and benefits

• $200K-$270K base
• Open to visa transfers; new sponsorship considered case by case for exceptional candidates

Location and work model

• Hybrid, 4 days a week in office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
