Job summary

Mouser Electronics is seeking a senior Product Manager/Business Analyst to drive product strategy for external and internal customer experiences. You will manage the entire product lifecycle from planning through delivery and define requirements with stakeholders and users.

Collaborate with agile teams, maintain backlog, create documentation, and build solutions for ecommerce and B2B. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, partner with system architects, and mentor peers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or equivalent discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, program analyst, product manager, or equivalent position.
  • 6+ years of experience with ecommerce environments; B2B required.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software development lifecycle.
  • Proven problem-solving and solution-development experience.
  • Experience partnering with agile release train/scrum teams to deliver solutions.
  • Experience producing requirements documents, flowcharts, wireframes, and process diagrams.
  • Experience with external partner documents such as RFQs, SOWs, and contracts, plus onboarding, integration, and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

  • Create product strategy for new external and internal customer experiences and applications.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Define product requirements documents based on stakeholder and user expertise.
  • Build and maintain Mouser and global ecommerce business acumen.
  • Elicit and document business needs, requirements, supporting artifacts, and agile feature acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and communicate program vision and feature roadmap.
  • Partner with system architects to coordinate delivery of enabling work.
  • Collaborate with agile release train/scrum teams to build product features and ensure solutions deliver value.
  • Maintain a well-groomed program feature backlog with defined acceptance criteria.
  • Establish product goals and review metrics to identify opportunities and deliver successes.
  • Research and identify new innovation opportunities for customers.
  • Engage with users through formal meetings, informal meetings, and observation.
  • Establish open and timely communications with stakeholders, interested parties, and teams.
  • Represent Mouser and Internet Business professionally.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
  • Produce internal documentation, requirements documents, flowcharts, wireframes, and process diagrams.
  • Manage external partner documentation, onboarding, integration, and post-implementation support.
  • Identify initiatives and challenges and develop competitive solutions across the Mouser enterprise.
  • Participate in requisite meetings and agile ceremonies.
  • For the senior level, provide subject-matter expertise, lead projects and initiatives, mentor peers, and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, internet email, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and other software
  • Ability to use, read, analyze, and interpret spreadsheets and printed reports
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Some positions may require U.S. person status under ITAR, as defined by U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, political asylum, or refugee status
