Healia Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and execution across our platform, shaping how thousands of employers and their employees experience healthcare benefits.

As the first product hire, you will define what great looks like for members and clients, with autonomy to turn vision into simple, trustworthy products that transform healthcare engagement. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role based in Columbus, OH.

As our Senior Product Manager, you will be the driving force behind that vision, owning product strategy and execution across our entire platform and shaping how thousands of employers and their employees experience healthcare benefits.

This is a rare opportunity to build something foundational. As our first product hire, you'll define what great looks like for our members, our clients, and our internal teams, and you'll have the autonomy and the responsibility to turn that vision into products that are simple, trustworthy, and genuinely change how people engage with their healthcare. Every major product decision at Healia will run through you.

This is a highly cross-functional and deeply hands-on role. You'll set long-term product strategy one day and be in the weeds with engineers shipping a fix the next. You'll represent the product to clients, to leadership, and to the company at large, becoming the person everyone looks to for clarity on where we're headed and why.

This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days/week) based in Columbus, OH.

Your Responsibilities Will Include...

• Product Strategy & Vision: Own product strategy and vision for the entire Healia platform, ensuring every roadmap decision ladders up to company goals, client needs, and market opportunity
• Roadmap Execution: Build and maintain the company's single product roadmap, prioritizing across competing needs and leading cross-functional teams through discovery, design, build, and launch
• AI-Driven Product Innovation: Identify and prioritize opportunities to embed AI throughout product and company, from member-facing experiences to internal operations, to reduce friction, improve decision-making, and unlock new value for clients and members
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Engineering, Account Management, Operations, and Sales to ensure products are technically sound, operationally feasible, and aligned with client expectations
• Metrics & Outcomes: Define success metrics across the product portfolio, monitor performance post-launch, and iterate based on data and feedback
• Prioritization & Tradeoffs: Make and communicate clear tradeoff decisions across the entire product surface area in a fast-moving environment with limited resources
• Voice of the Customer: Synthesize feedback from Account Management, Sales, and direct client conversations to influence the product roadmap and company strategy
• Product Foundations: Establish the processes and tools that will scale the product function as the company grows

You’ll be successful in this role if you…

• Have 4+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of owning products from strategy through launch
• Use AI tools fluently in your own workflow to move faster, and have hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features to customers
• Have prior experience at a startup
• Are comfortable operating as both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator in a fast-growing environment
• Have a data-driven approach to prioritization, roadmap decisions, and measuring product success
• Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and can influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Are skilled at translating ambiguous, messy problems into clear plans and shippable solutions
• Bring a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in environments where processes are still being built and refined
• Have experience partnering closely with engineering teams and can speak credibly to technical tradeoffs
