Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Associate in Product Management for Auto to help shape product strategy and drive features in an agile environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused digital experiences and own the product roadmap, balancing business value with risk and feasibility. You’ll work with designers, engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to articulate roadmaps, define MVPs, and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• 1+ years of product management or related experience in design, agile delivery, analytics, data science or software engineering preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product roadmaps and features in an agile setting.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists and stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Define acceptance criteria and break epics into MVPs for iterative testing.
• Communicate product strategy and progress to teams and leadership.
