Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product management, product operations, healthcare strategy, process improvement, or related healthcare services fields.
• Demonstrated experience leading operational improvement initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Experience developing, managing, and communicating KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting.
• Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve efficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
• Healthcare and/or PBM experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong communication skills tailored for executives, clients, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance product operations, reporting accuracy, scalability, and stakeholder experience.
• Develop, monitor, and communicate KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, financial impact, and operational health.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to automate reporting activities, improve workflow efficiency, and reduce administrative burden.
• Partner with analytics, technology, and operational teams to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
