Job summary

AIR Communities in Denver, CO is seeking a Director of Product Development to own end-to-end software product delivery. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and product owners to translate strategy into scalable SaaS products, with a focus on usability, security, and performance.

You will shape the product portfolio, drive GTM planning, and align with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This is an in-office role at our Denver Tech Center, with some teams potentially located

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with technology strategy and growth objectives.
• Identify emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud, integrations) for competitive advantage.
• Evaluate and prioritize product initiatives based on customer needs, feasibility, and ROI.
• Lead a multidisciplinary product organization (PMs, UX, data analysts).
• Own delivery across the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
