Job summary

SES Space & Defense is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead a multi-orbit SATCOM portfolio, shaping strategy, and driving productization across engineering, operations, supply chain, and executive stakeholders.

You will own roadmap, build business cases, evaluate market problems with data-driven analyses, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated, high-impact solutions that meet quality, cost, and schedule targets for national security and government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as stated; or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive product management experience, with 3+ years in satellite/defense sectors.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product roadmap for multi-orbit SATCOM products.
• Define business cases, revenue forecasts, and profitability KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering, service delivery, and BD to define positioning.
• Lead product lifecycle from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
• Present to PRB and coordinate cross-functional teams.
