Job summary

Blend seeks a senior product leader to own the home lending business, Blend's largest product line, setting the vision and roadmap while leading a team of seven PMs and POs across Flagship, Rapid, Verifications, and Documents & Delivery. You will manage commitments with top banks, drive the Platform Mosaic migration, and embed AI into how your team writes specs, estimates, and ships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product, with 4+ leading product teams; owned a product line, not just a feature area
• Deep mortgage or home equity domain expertise; you know TRID, MISMO, an LOS, and a PPE
• Experience with enterprise B2B customers where the roadmap is negotiated, committed, and audited; credible in front of a bank's EVP
• A delivery‑first operating style: comfortable with dev‑day estimates, staffing math, and being accountable for dates
• Evidence you build well with AI: tools, agents, or AI‑accelerated development in your recent work
• Low ego, high ownership; you run toward escalations

Responsibilities

• Own the home lending roadmap: balance a portfolio spanning new Rapid implementations, flagship commitments, LOS integration rebuilds, compliance work, and strategic bets like Docs AI
• Run the commitment engine: single source of truth for customer commitments, status, and say/do ratio for exec trust
• Scale the Rapid business: partner with sales/engineering to scope, price, and deliver major-lender implementations
• Lead strategic account relationships: senior product voice for largest customers; translate backlogs into multi-quarter plans
• Shape the platform transition: co‑own strategy for Mosaic migration and protect customers during it
• Build with AI: model AI acceleration in specs, estimates, and shipping
