Job summary

Meta is seeking extremely entrepreneurial Product Management Leaders to help drive innovative product initiatives across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Workplace, Meta Quest and more. You will lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists and researchers to execute from ideation to launch.

The role emphasizes building 0-1 products, platforms, and marketplaces, with a strong focus on AI integration and responsible AI practices, and offers substantial compensation

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design.
12+ years of experience collaborating with engineering, design and user research teams.
8+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing leaders.
Proven ability to present to senior executives.
BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.
