Job summary

Clarivate seeks a Lead Product Manager for IPOne, a unified AI-powered platform transforming IP research and enterprise workflows across patents, trademarks, litigation, and industrial design. You will own product strategy, roadmap decisions, and business outcomes for a major product portfolio.

You will lead cross-functional teams, advocate for customers, define scalable product management frameworks, and drive end-to-end delivery from concept to launch in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a product-related role.
• Experience with AI products/platforms.
• 5+ years working with clients to develop product solutions and relationships.
• Experience launching new products.
• 5+ years partnering with sales to support GTM.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for delivering business outcomes aligned with company goals.
• Own product success metrics, adoption and retention.
• Manage a major multi-year product line end-to-end.
• Make independent decisions on the product roadmap balancing innovation and priorities.
• Deliver strategic insights impacting the company.
• Identify unmet needs and growth markets for competitive advantage.
• Mentor and support team members to foster collaboration and improvement.
• Create frameworks to elevate product team performance.
• Build and manage processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Advocate for customer needs across the organization.
