This leadership role requires 12+ years in product management/design, strong strategic and communication skills, and a track record of hiring and developing leaders.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management and/or product design.
• 12+ years collaborating with engineering, design and user research teams.
• 8+ years hiring, managing and developing individual contributors and senior leaders.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical leadership.
• Experience presenting to senior executive audiences.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team through ideation, technical development and launch of innovative products.
• Drive product development with a team of engineers and designers.
• Attract, build and develop a talented product leadership team with diverse backgrounds.
• Establish shared vision across the company by aligning priorities for execution.
• Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements.
• Define and analyze metrics to inform product success.
• Understand Meta’s strategic position and deliver industry-leading products.
• Maximize efficiency in a dynamic environment with creative solutions.
• Manage multiple products and priorities, scale teams, ensure healthy orgs.
• Identify opportunities for new projects and build teams to execute
