Knit is hiring a Lead Product Manager in New York, NY to shape AI-native customer understanding and own a core product surface end-to-end. You will drive bets, align with researchers and engineers, and set the agenda for product strategy, AI craft, and growth for Fortune 1000 customers.

You will partner with senior leaders, ship in two-week cycles, and influence roadmap decisions and customer value beyond your surface, impacting the company’s direction and market position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a product manager at a company with strong product culture.
• 0-to-1 experience: shipped a product from zero to meaningful user adoption, ideally seed to Series A.
• AI-native fluency: shipped LLM-based features; understands evals, hallucinations, latency vs cost.
• Exceptional communication: clarity under compression; sets standard for team comms.
• Strong technical fluency: comfortable discussing architecture with senior engineers.
• Strategic range: influenced roadmap direction and contributed to company planning.

Responsibilities

• Own a meaningful product surface end-to-end from discovery to delivery to adoption.
• Build direct customer intuition by engaging with customers and researchers.
• Make AI-native product decisions including eval strategies and model trust decisions.
• Operate as a force multiplier across R&D and GTM to align teams.
• Contribute to company-level decisions and roadmaps with market insight and customer conviction.
