Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Product Manager to lead the Federated Search roadmap for Cisco Data Fabric.

You will work with internal teams and customers to translate requirements into a concrete execution plan and drive value creation. In this role you will define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while coordinating with engineering, UX, PM, and field teams to align on priorities and deliver market-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 11+ years as a product manager in enterprise software.
• Experience delivering enterprise software or data-platform capability from discovery to launch and adoption.
• Experience with large-scale analytics systems (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Ability to define multi-year product vision and roadmaps for cloud/enterprise software, preferably in a platform environment.

Responsibilities

• Own federated search strategy and roadmap for security use cases and data stores.
• Engage with customers and field teams to translate needs into clear priorities and product roadmap.
• Develop product requirements, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria for improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, UX, PMs, and operations to define solutions and success criteria.
• Establish relationships with customers and collaborators to gather needs and validate solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategy.
