The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise SaaS, particularly in leading GxP implementations, and possess a strong clinical-process understanding. Competitive salary range from $134,400 to $219,200 annually.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years validated experience in enterprise SaaS including generative/agentic-AI solutions.
• Experience leading end-to-end GxP implementations of AI document-authoring platforms.
• Expertise in RAG, MCP, LLMs, Copilot, and Claude integration across domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead stand-ups and approve user stories for AI-powered authoring features.
• Facilitate workshops with teams to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Track sprint progress and update program leadership on investments and risks.
