DoorDash Air is building the future of autonomous drone delivery. We seek a Head of Product to own the end-to-end strategy for software, services, autonomy, perception, and human interfaces, connecting the order and logistics platform with the aircraft and mission-planning services.

This role may be remote with periodic travel. You will lead product direction across autonomy, aviation software, services, hardware, and platform teams, balancing timelines with technical debt while ensuring

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management, technical product leadership, or systems leadership.
• Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or aviation technology, in regulated environments.
• Proven track record taking complex products from concept to deployment at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for DoorDash Air’s software, services, autonomy, and platform.
• Define roadmap and priorities across aircraft, onboard software, cloud services, and operator workflows.
• Lead standards compliance and engagement with regulatory bodies and standards organizations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated drone delivery systems at scale.
