Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience leading projects or technical teams.
• Strong data analysis skills including statistics.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to production test methodologies and software structure for PV/DV programs.
• Evaluate hardware performance including HW/SW integration and debugging.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams in a project management environment.
• Perform field failure and return analysis using test, manufacturing, and customer data.
• Drive continuous improvement to meet quality and yield goals.
• Interface with Hardware/Software Design, Manufacturing Engineering, and partners to meet objectives.
• Conduct product performance and reliability analysis.
• Perform system-, module-, and component-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
