Job summary

Redpanda seeks a policy enforcement engineer to take the policy engine from prototype to production, wiring Cedar-based enforcement into the AI gateway. You will invent policy authoring and two-tier composition so security teams can author and test policies confidently.

The role requires 5+ years building authorization in live request paths and a deep understanding of AI failure modes, with responsibilities including auditing enforcement decisions and maintaining the adversarial certification
