Qualifications

• Several years of experience shipping production software.
• Strong CS foundation from a degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience owning significant product or system areas end to end.
• Deep comfort with TypeScript and modern frontend development.
• Strong backend fundamentals: data modeling, APIs, system design.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn new domains quickly and apply them.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, high-impact product work end to end from framing to production.
• Lead design and implementation of user-facing features across frontend and backend.
• Translate ambiguous product goals into clear technical plans and shipped outcomes.
• Collaborate with product and design on roadmap decisions.
• Talk directly with users to understand workflows and pain points.
• Drive fast iteration using feedback and data.
• Raise quality through system design, testing, and code review.
• Mentor junior engineers and set strong technical examples.
• Contribute to a culture of ownership, clarity, and high standards.
