• Build and maintain a clear project plan and schedule, with guidance as needed.
• Coordinate and drive execution with the team, ensuring tasks and ownership are understood and closed.
• Identify and remove blockers, escalate when necessary, and drive progress.
• Maintain documentation and governance through PMO processes and templates.
• Support other functions in establishing Project Management systems and improving commercialization processes.
