Product Development Manager effectively manages all aspects of the formulation, product development, scale-up, and commercialization of dietary supplement dosage forms. Stays abreast of the competitive environment and explores product enhancements and new technologies to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in chemistry, pharmacy, chemical engineering or related science.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 10–14 years leading consumer product development from bench-top to commercialization.
• 1–3 years in nutraceuticals or pharmaceutical development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of product development projects with on-time launches.
• Provide technical leadership across the NPD process from research to commercialization.
• Support interactions with Marketing and cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
• Oversee GMP-compliant lab work and IP development related to composition and process.
• Lead and coach R&D Formulators to work independently within teams.
• Drive technology transfer and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Stay current on category trends and processing technologies.
