Fourth Floor is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager for its Accessory team in New York. You will lead product development from concept through production, manage costing, supplier coordination, and ensure quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in hard goods, excels in Excel and Google Workspace, and can coordinate across cross-functional teams while meeting timelines.

This is a full-time on-site role with a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in product development.
• Experience managing product development timelines, costing, and technical specifications; preference for hard goods.
• Familiarity with tooling, materials, product testing, and compliance standards.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
