Job summary

Z SUPPLY in Orange County, CA, is seeking a Product Developer to join the Merchandise & Design team. You will lead product development from concept to production across Ready to Wear, Lounge, Active and Graphics, collaborating with design, tech, production, merchandising and planning.

This hands-on role requires a detail-oriented, proactive problem solver who can manage multiple seasons, negotiate with overseas vendors, and maintain cost targets and calendars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in women’s apparel development, swim & accessories a plus.
• Hands on experience in communicating and negotiating with overseas vendors.
• High level of understanding of product costing / development.
• High level of understanding of product development calendar, timelines and deliverables.
• Must be able to do basic cad work in Illustrator; ability to work with print files a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of products across Ready To Wear, Lounge, Active and Graphics.
• Communicate with factories to ensure products hit price and margin goals.
• Develop new fabrications and manage fabric costs within the structure.
