Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Partner Marketplace in Austin, TX. You will partner with Product and Engineering through research, scoping, and delivering polished pixels to serve 100M+ users and real estate professionals.

You will contribute to the design system, mentor teammates, and lead end-to-end design processes with strong user-centered thinking and collaboration. This role emphasizes in-person teamwork across offices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing products and interfaces.
• Experience in product-led teams with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers, product leaders, engineers, and designers on complex problems.
• Be the voice of the user and push ideas to executable deliverables.
• Deliver innovative solutions to improve user experience across products.
• Independently lead all aspects of the design process from concept to completion.
• Explain design decisions clearly to Product and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to evolution of the design system and component libraries.
• Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and collaborative sessions.
• Uphold high standards and raise the bar for design at the company.
