Job summary

General Intuition is seeking a designer to own end-to-end product experiences in gaming culture and creator communities. You’ll shape flows users interact with daily and contribute to a scalable design system alongside engineers.

This role covers desktop and mobile experiences with a focus on accessible, polished experiences seen by millions of gamers. You’ll join a small, fast-moving team and participate in iterative improvements, from core loops to the design system, ensuring the product

Qualifications

4+ years designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally for social or creator-driven platforms.
Product judgment: prioritize user outcomes and say no to ideas that don't move key goals.
Holistic product sense: from core loops to onboarding moments that retain users.
Preference for iterative delivery over massive launches and post-launch follow-up.
Design systems experience: tokens, components, documentation, and scalable libraries.

Responsibilities

Own meaningful parts of the product end to end from core flows to the design system.
Collaborate closely with engineers to translate design system components into code.
Design across desktop and mobile with platform-specific UX patterns and accessibility.
Iterate on features with rapid shipping, testing, and refinement.
