Berlitz is building a mobile learning app advancing with AI practice and human tutors. You will own major parts of the learner app, driving onboarding, daily learning, AI practice, tutor booking, and conversion.

Ideal candidates have years of experience shipping consumer mobile apps with strong interaction and visual craft, plus hands-on research like usability tests and A/B tests. Remote-first, Europe-based teams welcome diverse backgrounds.

• Hands-on research and experimentation, including usability tests and A/B tests, to inform design decisions.
• Experience with AI design tools like Claude Design and Figma Make, plus a clear understanding of B2B product dynamics.
