Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms or enterprise software.
• Past work on SaaS products and life sciences or pharma, or related industries.
• Experience designing for AI agents, rich data visualizations or complex services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for product surfaces across web and mobile, from problem framing through high-fidelity delivery.
• Turn ambiguous, fast-moving problem spaces into clear, testable design solutions with product and engineering.
• Connect design decisions to business and customer outcomes and define success criteria.
• Design how users interact with AI and agents, including how they direct, review, correct, and trust results.
• Think in systems, build for reuse, shape the design system with focus on consistency and scalability.
• Present work with clear rationale, incorporate feedback, maintain high quality across the lifecycle.
• Use AI in your design process to move faster and raise output quality.
