Playground is seeking a Product Designer to craft seamless user interfaces and deliver outstanding user experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and iterate on products that meet user needs and align with our vision.

Expect to prototype in Figma, conduct user research, and stay current with UI/UX trends. You’ll contribute to a fast-growing company at the forefront of childcare software with a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design with UI/UX focus.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work.
• Excellent visual design with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our digital products.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance usability.
• Utilize Figma to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
