Job summary

Ninety is seeking a Senior Product Designer to raise the bar on craft and help design scalable systems. You will work closely with the Head of Design, product managers, and engineers to ship well-crafted, usable software and to help the team improve processes as well as outputs.

You’ll need a strong product design background with SaaS experience, fluency in modern tooling (Figma), and a proven ability to collaborate across disciplines while embracing ambiguity and feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of designing digital products with a strong portfolio.
• Fluent in Figma and modern prototyping workflows.
• Comfort in an evolving design process and building it alongside the team.
• Track record collaborating with engineering and product teams.
• Experience designing for complex, workflow-driven SaaS/internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship product features end-to-end from concept to production UI.
• Partner with PMs and engineers to turn problems into usable solutions.
• Contribute reusable components, patterns, and documentation for the design system.
• Talk to customers to shape design decisions and learn from feedback.
• Provide direct, constructive feedback and iterate without ego.
• Navigate shifting priorities while maintaining quality and user focus.
