Job summary

Crypto.com is seeking a Lead Product Designer to own end-to-end product design quality across consumer products. Design is a strategic partner, shaping roadmaps and crafting systems to move business outcomes.

You will report to the CPO and lead a team to deliver high-velocity design with trust and clarity in crypto. You will drive design strategy, mentor designers, and own the shared design system, turning research into actionable roadmap decisions while shipping at pace across high-scale B2C

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of design for digital consumer products at meaningful scale and ability to ship.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, including problem and tradeoffs.
• Applying UX principles to drive outcomes with business impact.
• Managing several workstreams in parallel while maintaining quality.
• Experience coaching mid- to large design teams.
• Ability to translate creative vision into business language and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own design strategy end-to-end across products and market requirements.
• Ship journeys, not screens; define customer journeys from discovery to production.
• Drive product strategy through design; present decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Coach designers on journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Own the design system and ensure scalable quality across teams.
• Turn data and research into roadmap-changing recommendations.
