Job summary

Uniti AI is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design experience across our platform, spanning operator tooling and customer-facing interfaces. You will translate complex workflows into clear, accessible designs and contribute to a scalable design system.

You'll work closely with founders, product, and engineering to deliver intuitive experiences, conduct user research, and push for AI-native interface innovations while maintaining high visual quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong experience designing SaaS products or operational software.
• Excellent UX, interaction design, and visual design skills.
• Portfolio showing thoughtful user flows and polished interfaces.
• Ability to take a product need from idea through implementation-ready design.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows without losing important context.
• Strong information architecture, typography, and layout skills.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Fluent in Figma with components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping.
• Experience designing responsive and accessible web interfaces.
• Strong product judgment and collaboration with engineers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process across Uniti's products.
• Translate product requirements and complex workflows into clear user experiences.
• Design user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Improve UX/UI of agent configuration, reporting, monitoring, analytics, and tooling.
• Create high-quality interaction experiences for customer-facing web chat products.
• Help define interaction patterns for AI-native and agentic software.
• Collaborate with founders, product stakeholders, customers, and engineers to shape solutions.
• Conduct customer interviews and usability sessions to validate assumptions.
• Produce implementation-ready designs, states, behaviors, and specifications.
• Build and evolve a consistent design system across the product.
