Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape AI-powered experiences for marketers and clients. MRCL is Publicis Groupe's AI platform, connecting thousands of employees with the people, knowledge, and capabilities they need to deliver better outcomes.

You’ll join a team designing AI-powered experiences that help marketers and clients work smarter, uncover insights faster, and continuously evolve how they work.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products with a strong focus on UX.
• Portfolio demonstrates thoughtful problem solving, strong design craft, and product impact.
• Experience working on complex products in agency, technology, SaaS, or product-led environments.
• Confidence navigating ambiguity and turning incomplete information into clear next steps.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to understand how individual experiences fit into a larger product ecosystem.
• Expertise with Figma and experience working with design systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions to a variety of business stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset, strong sense of ownership, and desire to continuously learn and improve.
• Familiarity with AI-driven and conversational user experiences is a plus

Responsibilities

• Craft intuitive experiences that simplify complex workflows and create measurable value.
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical considerations into compelling product solutions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and directional UI.
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the Product Design team, Product Managers, and Engineers
• Help shape and evolve AI-powered experiences across the product.
• Contribute to product strategy by uncovering insights and identifying opportunities.
• Raise the quality of our work through strong craft, attention to detail, and a user-centered mindset.
