Senior Product Designer, AI-Driven Enterprise UX

Relativity; Florida; Hybride; USD 138 000 - 208 000; Plein temps

Résumé du poste

Relativity is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of the aiR platform for legal data intelligence. You will own end-to-end design and hands-on implementation from discovery to production, partnering with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to deliver AI-powered workflows for legal teams.

You will drive design across core case strategy workflows, contribute to AI feature design, and build production-ready interfaces with AI-assisted development.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience as a product or UX designer, with a portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design for enterprise users.
• Strong human-centered design practice, including research synthesis, journey mapping, and iterative prototyping.
• A strong bias toward action. You get things done, ship in increments, and would rather put something real in front of users than wait for perfect information.
• Ability to think ahead of the roadmap and anticipate what our customers will need next, spotting where a design or implementation will need to flex for a specific customer or jurisdiction, and raising it before it becomes rework.
• Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, applied science, and research.
• Demonstrated foundational visual design skills including layout, spacing, typography, and color theory.
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship production-ready front-end code including working within an existing codebase.
• Track record of using AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery.
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and influence direction across levels of seniority.
• Proficiency with modern design and development tooling, including AI-assisted workflows and AI-native development environments (Claude, Claude Code, Cursor) with version control (Git).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508)

Responsabilités

• Lead design across Discovery domain from discovery through delivery for core case strategy workflows.
• Champion end-to-end experience for legal teams in law firms, corporate, and government.
• Co-own product direction with product managers and shape priorities for future work.
• Partner on AI feature design with applied scientists and product managers for AI capabilities.
• Define how AI surfaces recommendations that are transparent, trustworthy, and actionable.
• Build and ship production-ready interfaces using AI-assisted development.
• Collaborate with engineering to move prototypes to production-ready code.
