Job summary

MaintainX, now part of Autodesk, is hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape our AI-first product experience across web and mobile. You will own end-to-end design, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and designers to turn complex frontline workflows into intuitive tools for maintenance technicians and facility managers.

• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a sharp eye for typography, spacing, color, layout, and motion.
• A systems thinker who naturally spots patterns, builds for reuse, and considers how design decisions scale across a product.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design intent, navigate ambiguous product spaces, and influence cross-functional peers.
• An expert level of English, both spoken and written, is required, as the individual will need to work across multiple teams and present work to executive stakeholders.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines exceptional craft with deep product thinking to shape MaintainX’s AI-first product experience. Compensation and benefits.

Base pay is one part of the package. Depending on the role, compensation may also include commission, an annual bonus and equity. Benefits differ by country.
