Job summary

Swarm Aero is seeking an exceptional designer to rapidly convert product specifications into polished Figma designs for its swarming UAV platform. You will craft workflows for dense, command-and-control interfaces and build reusable design patterns that scale across features.

You should own the full design lifecycle with minimal direction, collaborating with engineers to ensure feasibility and consistency as the product evolves toward broader mission capabilities.

Qualifications

• Exceptional ability to turn product intent into polished software designs quickly.
• Ability to design dense, information-rich interfaces for command-and-control systems.
• Proven track record shaping UX architecture and reusable design systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate detailed product specs into high-quality Figma designs.
• Design workflows for complex command-and-control software.
• Independently determine layout, hierarchy, interactions, and edge cases.
• Build and maintain reusable Figma components and patterns.
• Maintain consistency as new capabilities are added.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure designs are implementable.
• Review implemented functionality for design intent alignment.
• Evolve the UX architecture of Legion as the product grows.
• Iterate rapidly based on feedback from operators, engineers, and customers.
